Tina McCleese headshot

Tina Flores-McCleese, Principal

Tina is the brains and the vision behind Clarity Enterprises. She earned her BA in Accounting, then went on to work as a Financial Controller, Accountant, Human Resources Professional, Finance Director and Executive Director for both businesses and nonprofits small and large.

Tina is a Change Agent. She loves to tackle new challenges and brings energy to any project she becomes engaged in; this led her to grow Clarity from a two-person bookkeeping and accounting start-up to a thriving business that offers a suite of creative, pro-active support services to her clients.

In addition to leading Clarity, Tina serves as a financial consultant and guide to several Pacific Northwest non-profit and for-profit organizations. Tina's passions include her two kids, her fabulous husband, and serving on the board of Nonprofits of Washington. She continues to think this community is the perfect fit for so many reasons—mountains, beaches, culture, and fabulous people.

Linda Yip

Linda has worked in software development for corporate accounting for 27 years as a Consultant prior to coming to Clarity. She earned her BS degree in Computing Information from Loma Linda University in California and a few years later she transplanted to the Northwest.

Linda has been a remote contractor for most of her working life. When Clarity needed a remote worker, it was an easy transition, and getting out of the large corporate world was a welcome change. Linda enjoys the smaller more personable environment that Clarity offers, and the variety of clients Clarity supports.

Although Linda misses the bright, sunny days of California, she enjoys the beauty and the mountains of the Northwest. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, biking, kayaking, and motorcycling. She also volunteers in various capacities at her local church. linda@clarityei.com
